Bettina Richthammer

Bettina Richthammer has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner in Healthcare Strategy and Business Development and as the Head of Total Rewards at Merck Gruppe since March 2020. Prior to this role, Bettina spent a decade at Merck Gruppe in various senior consulting and leadership positions focused on talent strategy, recruiting technology, HR analytics, and organizational effectiveness. Bettina's early career included several intern and working student roles in HR at notable companies such as Lufthansa and Siemens, as well as St. Josefs Hospital Freiburg. Bettina holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Phillips University of Marburg, with a focus on Controlling, Human Resources, and Law.
