Jaume Vidal

Jaume Vidal has over 30 years of experience in engineering and project management roles within the chemical and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Special Projects Manager at Merck Group since November 2008, Jaume previously held the position of Engineering & Maintenance Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes roles at INSPEC, LAPORTE, DEGUSSA, and OXIRIS as Engineering & Maintenance Manager and Health & Safety Coordinator from 1996 to 2008, and as an Engineer at DERFESA from 1990 to 1996. Jaume's career began at SEFILTRA Y REX IBERICA as Delegado Cataluña from 1987 to 1989. Educational qualifications include degrees in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Ramon Llull and Chemical Engineering from IQS, along with a qualification as Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention.
