Maggie Lester

Maggie Lester currently serves as the Head of Corporate Benefits at Merck Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Maggie was the International Benefits Strategy Lead at Meta from November 2020 to March 2023, focusing on enhancing consistency in employee benefits across over 40 countries. Maggie also held the position of Director of International Employee Benefits at Travelport from March 2018 to September 2020, where a globally consistent benefits approach was implemented for approximately 3,500 employees in 45 countries. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Benefits for Asia Pacific at HSBC, managing benefits for around 70,000 employees in 20 countries, as well as roles at FIS and Thomson Reuters, where Maggie focused on international benefits management and consulting. Maggie Lester holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from INSEAD, completed in 2007.
