Marcel Pakaski

Marcel Pakaski is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Management at Merck Gruppe since January 2022. In this role, Marcel is responsible for fostering collaboration across departments, leading a team focused on procurement, inventory management, and distribution, while also creating and managing SOPs and participating in audits. Prior to this position, Marcel was the Demand Planning Leader at Honeywell, overseeing demand for the Fine Chemicals Business, and played a critical role in aligning forecasting processes with regional sales and supply planning. Earlier experience includes serving as the European Central Planner at Magnesita, where responsibilities included tactical production planning and logistics coordination across multiple manufacturing plants, as well as working as a Supply Chain Analyst. Marcel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics Management from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences.
