Mark Koussa

Mark Koussa is an experienced professional in supply chain and demand network management, currently serving as the Regional Demand Network Manager for MEAR at Merck Group since May 2017. Roles held at Merck Group include Head of Supply Chain for Africa Developing Markets, where Mark coordinated order processing across approximately 10 countries and led S&OP meetings. Prior positions involved significant contributions to operation and business analytics, including transforming SKU databases, automating sales data collection, and generating insights using tools like Power BI and Qlik Sense. Before joining Merck Group, Mark was a Business Analyst for Demand Planning at Philips Lighting, where responsibilities included analyzing market and sales data and facilitating S&OP processes. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Maastricht University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik.
