Michael Reuhl

Michael Reuhl currently serves as Senior Director and Head of Processes, Governance & Capabilities for the Process Solution Value Stream within Integrated Supply Chain Operations at Merck Gruppe since July 2021. With extensive experience in operational excellence and project management, Michael has previously held roles such as Director of Processes & Governance and Director of Operational Excellence & Site Projects at Merck, leading teams across international locations. Prior to joining Merck, Michael was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where responsibilities included optimizing operational efficiencies in the biopharma sector. Michael possesses a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from TH Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences.
