Mounay Khafaja

Mounay Khafaja has extensive experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Director of Regulatory Affairs for the Near East Region at Merck Group since January 2015. Prior roles include Head of Regulatory Affairs and Pricing for the Middle Near East Region at Merck KGaA from June 2012 to January 2015, and Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Pricing, Re-imbursement, and Quality Manager for the Levant Region at Merck Serono from January 2009 to June 2012. Mounay Khafaja's career in regulatory affairs began in July 2005 at Merck Life Science, focusing on regulatory affairs for various pharmaceutical products. Academic qualifications include a Doctor in Pharmacy (Pharm-D) and a Master's in Biology from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, along with certifications in executive coaching and hypnotherapy.
