Peer Schotmann

Peer Schotmann is an experienced professional in recruitment and talent sourcing, currently serving as the Business Process Manager for Global Recruitment & Sourcing at Merck Group since September 2022. In this role, Peer manages global solutions and processes for recruitment and talent sourcing services. Prior to this, Peer held several senior positions at Merck KGaA from October 2009 to August 2022, including Global Head of Graduate Sourcing & Recruiting and Head of Global Talent Development and Recruiting Consultancy in Healthcare. Earlier career experience includes senior recruitment roles at Korn/Ferry International and TMP Worldwide Executive Search. Peer holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Münster.
