Anthony Joseph

Anthony Joseph, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Associate State Tax Director at Merck, a position held since May 2021, after progressing from Senior Specialist in Tax. Prior to joining Merck, Anthony worked at Sax LLP for nearly four years as a Tax Manager and Senior Tax Associate. Experience in the tax field began at Wiss & Company, LLP, where Anthony held roles from Tax Senior to Staff Accountant from January 2014 to October 2017. Early career experiences include a position as Regional Associate at Collegeboard and an internship focused on AP Colleges and Universities at The College Board. Anthony holds an MBA in Accounting from Montclair State University, completed in 2015, and a BBA in Marketing from William Paterson University of New Jersey, earned in 2010.
