Beth Mayfield

Beth Mayfield is an experienced learning and development professional with a robust background in organizational development. Currently serving as an Associate Director, Learning Partner at Merck since November 2017, Beth previously held roles including Senior Learning Consultant, Teaming & Leadership at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Education, Talent Development at Tonic Design Co., and Senior Insurance Learning and Development Consultant at Chubb North America.
