Beth Perrone

Beth Perrone has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, serving in various senior leadership roles. At Merck from January 2009 to January 2023, Beth held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Talent & Strategy Officer, overseeing the company's Global Talent Strategy, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Global Talent Acquisition. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for Human Health and Vice President for Global Support Functions and HR Operations at Merck. Earlier in the career, Beth worked at Saks Fifth Avenue as a Regional Human Resources Manager and at Macy's as a Regional Human Resources Director. Beth holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
