Brian Mitchell

Brian Mitchell is currently the US Leader of Commercial Agility and Launch Excellence at Merck, where they lead a team of Directors, Agile Coaches, and Launch Planners across the US market. Previously, Brian held various leadership roles at Merck, including Director of Agile COE Leader and Director of National Solution Consultant Leader, where they focused on Agile Transformation and integrated digital health solutions, respectively. Earlier in their career, Brian worked at Pfizer as a Professional Sales Representative, launching new products and achieving significant formulary victories. Brian earned a Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers Business School and an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia, among other qualifications.
