Caitlin McConnico, MPH, is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in program management, strategic learning, and evaluation. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Programs for Corporate Social Impact at Merck, Caitlin focuses on global health initiatives, community health grants, and disaster response, while fostering cross-team collaboration. Prior roles include Associate Director and Senior Consultant at FSG, where Caitlin supported various clients in developing theories of change and implementing evaluation systems, as well as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer positions at I-TECH, where Caitlin worked on improving HIV testing and care in Botswana. Caitlin's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington, further complemented by a Certificate in International Development Policy and Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Whitman College.
