Christopher Gansel

Christopher Gansel currently serves as the Director of Business Systems and Process Improvements at Merck, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Christopher worked at Google as a Systems Program Manager from August 2022 to January 2025, and held the role of Business Intelligence Lead at Siemens Healthineers from October 2015 to August 2022. During this time, Christopher managed a team focused on driving digital transformation in global finance and supply chain management, identifying valuable business intelligence use cases, and automating processes. Prior experience includes data analytics at BMW Group and strategic procurement controlling at Siemens, with a strong emphasis on reporting automation and data visualization. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Value Chain Management from Technische Universität Chemnitz and a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management and Reporting from the University of Regensburg.
