Connor Geraghty is a computational biologist with a focus on integrating complex datasets to identify novel therapeutic targets and biomarkers. They have experience in microbial-host interactions, particularly regarding gut microbiome structure and function in relation to bacterial and host-associated metabolism. Connor's background spans cancer biology, nutritional interventions, and chemoprevention, covering the bench-to-bedside continuum from in vitro to clinical trials. Currently, as a senior computational biologist at Merck, they receive extensive training in "OMICS" data analyses with an emphasis on multi-omic integration. Connor previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital and served as a research assistant at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy in Nutrition and Cancer Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from The Ohio State University.
