David Shertzer is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in supply chain management and alliance management within the pharmaceutical industry. They served as Executive Director of Supply Chain Management Finance and previously held the role of Executive Director for Alliance Management Financial Services at Merck from 2008 to 2018.
