Deepti Chikkam

Deepti Chikkam has over 18 years of experience in the technology and data analytics sectors, currently serving as Director and Product Line Leader at Merck since September 2016, where responsibilities also include leadership in Data Platform and Data Governance. Previously, Deepti held senior management roles at Thomson Reuters from 2012 to 2016, overseeing Data Analytics and Data Platform initiatives, along with product management responsibilities. Earlier career positions include software engineering roles at Thomson Scientific and Thomson Scientific Healthcare, starting as a Software Engineer in 2005. Deepti holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
