Donna Basile is currently the Director of Global Safety and the Environment and EHS Project Lead at Wilmington Biotech. They have held various leadership roles in environmental health and safety at Merck from 2017 to 2019 and MSD from 2021 to 2024. Previously, Donna held positions at Covanta Energy, ICM Laboratories, and the Suburban Regional Health Commission. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick, in 1990.
