Eva Lenhart

Eva Lenhart has over three decades of experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Enterprise Learning Consulting Lead at Merck since February 2019. In this role, Eva leads a team of learning consultants to establish strategies that enhance critical business capabilities. Previously, Eva held the position of Lead Learning Architect, focusing on workforce capability building, and served as Director Of Learning, partnering with organizational leaders to implement effective learning activities. Early career experience includes serving as a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Cardiovascular Surgery Associates from January 1990 to January 1999. Eva holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and an Executive Mini MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University.
