Gwen McCauley

Gwen McCauley has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and education sectors. At Merck, from November 2016 to June 2021, Gwen served as Director and Commercial Compliance Officer, as well as Director for US Market Communications and Change Management, before transitioning to Organon & Co., where the current appointment includes roles such as Director of Leadership Communications and Director of US Commercial Employee Engagement and Development. Prior to this, Gwen was a Social Studies Teacher at the Central Bucks School District from August 1999 to March 2008. Gwen holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education: History/Geography from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Educational Strategies from Wilkes University.
