Henny Hampton

Henny Hampton is a seasoned professional in the field of manufacturing operations with extensive experience at Merck since April 2013. Currently serving as Director of Manufacturing Operations Orchestration, Henny leads a team focused on developing and maintaining digital products for shopfloor operations. Previous roles at Merck include Associate Director of Data & Digital Manufacturing Operations, where Henny spearheaded initiatives to enhance manufacturing productivity, and Technology Lead for Drug Substance Technical Operations. Henny's earlier experience includes work as a Senior Engineer in Live Virus Vaccine Manufacturing and as a Specialist Engineer in Drug Product Technical Operations. Prior to Merck, Henny worked at Allergan as a Scientist III in Pharmaceutical Research and Development. Henny holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander and a Master's degree in the same field from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, alongside an exchange program Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma.
