Isabel Duffy

Isabel Duffy is the SVP and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Merck, a position held since 2024. They previously served as Managing Counsel at Merck from 2011 to 2015 and as Associate General Counsel at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals from 2008 to 2011. Isabel also practiced as an Associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP from 1998 to 2002 and held the role of Assistant Counsel at Merck from 2002 to 2008. In addition to their legal career, they were an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University School of Law from 2009 to 2011. Isabel holds a JD from Villanova University School of Law, an MFA in Film Production from the University of Southern California, and a BSBA in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
