Jay Mehta

Jay Mehta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of cheminformatics and engineering within the pharmaceutical industry. Jay has been with Merck & Co since May 2002, currently serving as Team Lead Manager and holding the position of Associate Director for the MRL Engineering Team since January 2005. Prior to this, Jay worked at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH as a Chemical Database Registrar from March 1999 to December 2002. Academically, Jay holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Louisville, alongside a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
