Jennifer Schwartz

Jennifer Schwartz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and compliance law. From January 2017 to January 2024, Jennifer held several roles at Merck, culminating as Vice President of Commercial and Compliance Legal. Prior to that, Jennifer served as Associate Vice President/Managing Counsel and Managing Counsel/Executive Director at the same organization. Jennifer began a legal career as an Associate at Covington & Burling LLP and as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, with earlier experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Denny Chin in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College.
