Kartika Widjaja

Kartika Widjaja is a Senior Scientist at Merck since March 2018, specializing in WES, HCA, and electroporation. Prior to this role, Kartika served as a Staff Research Associate IV at UCSF from July 2008 to March 2018, focusing on high content analysis for prion drug discovery and conducting siRNA assays for protein expression knockdown. Kartika also worked at the J. David Gladstone Institute as a Research Associate III from September 2005 to July 2008, where responsibilities included cloning and mutagenesis of ataxin3 and Huntington genes, as well as purifying recombinant human mutant huntingtin. Kartika holds a Master's degree from the University of Utah.
