Lei Peng

Lei Peng is a Formulation Scientist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They began their career at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics as a Co-op, focusing on formulation development for vaccine candidates. Lei later worked as a Scientist at KBI Biopharma, specializing in therapeutic protein formulation and cGMP analytical testing. They transitioned to Eli Lilly and Company as a Research Scientist, advancing their expertise in biologics formulation development, and subsequently joined Amgen as a Scientist for molecule assessment and early-stage formulation screening. Currently, Lei is a Principal Scientist at Merck, while pursuing a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a certificate in Translational Medicine from The Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
