Malini Mukherjee has a substantial background in biomedical research and development, particularly in immunobiology and cancer models. Serving as Director of Microscopy at Texas Children's Hospital Center for Human Immunobiology from July 2013 to July 2016, Malini focused on advanced microscopy techniques to explore chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) therapy. Following this role, Malini transitioned to Merck, where experience includes positions as Principal Scientist and Associate Principal Scientist in 2022, and currently as Director of Analytical Research and Development of Large Molecules. Malini also holds an adjunct position at Baylor College of Medicine, contributing to the development of transgenic mouse models of breast cancer and has served in various roles in research institutions, including postdoctoral and instructional positions. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Biophysics from UNC Chapel Hill.
