Michael Besaw

Michael Besaw has over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Executive Director of Global Vaccines & Sterile Manufacturing Operations Sourcing at Merck since June 2014, after previously holding the role of Director in the same department. Prior to Merck, Michael spent over five years at Bristol-Myers Squibb in various positions, including Associate Director of Strategic Supply Planning for Biologics and Sourcing Manager for Biologics. Michael's earlier career includes management roles at Brisol-Myers Squibb and Centocor, focusing on global product planning and supply chain management. Michael holds a degree from Le Moyne College, attended from 1991 to 1995.
