Narattom Pramanik

Narattom Pramanik, PMP®, is an experienced Program Manager at Merck since March 2004, currently serving as the COE Lead for Enterprise Intelligent Automation, specializing in RPA, OCR, NLP, machine learning, and process mining. Key responsibilities include strategic program management, lifecycle management, benefit management, stakeholder management, and program governance. Prior to Merck, Narattom held positions as a Sr. Consultant at Aptech Corporation, an Oracle DBA at Covansys Corporation, and a Scientific Officer at National Informatics Center, where a computerized billing system was implemented for over 70 million customers. Early career experience includes work as a System Engineer at Ballarpur Industries. Narattom earned a Master of Computer Applications from Jorhat Engineering College and a Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics from Gauhati University.
