Currently serving as the Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing, Shared Services & Transformation at Merck since 2018, Peter previously held significant roles at AIG from 2011 to 2018, where responsibilities included driving $1 billion in new revenue and leading the establishment of the AIG Private Client Group. Earlier positions include Global Head of Business & Technology Transformation at Citi from 2007 to 2009, where Peter developed a comprehensive operating model, and Global Head of Shared Service and Digital Transformation at Lehman Brothers from 1996 to 2006, where Peter oversaw the company's globalization strategy and the establishment of a strategic Business Hub in Asia.
