Peter Nag

Peter Nag is an accomplished leader in business process outsourcing and transformation with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing, Shared Services & Transformation at Merck since 2018, Peter previously held significant roles at AIG from 2011 to 2018, where responsibilities included driving $1 billion in new revenue and leading the establishment of the AIG Private Client Group. Earlier positions include Global Head of Business & Technology Transformation at Citi from 2007 to 2009, where Peter developed a comprehensive operating model, and Global Head of Shared Service and Digital Transformation at Lehman Brothers from 1996 to 2006, where Peter oversaw the company's globalization strategy and the establishment of a strategic Business Hub in Asia. Peter Nag holds a dual degree in Finance & Decision Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Management & Technology from The Wharton School.
