Phil Pierce

Phil Pierce is a Cyber Defense AI and Automation Lead at Merck, where they direct enterprise cyber defense strategy by integrating AI and automation to enhance threat detection and response. They previously founded and led Pierce & Company, consulting on cybersecurity solutions for Fortune 100 companies, and served as a Technical Product Manager at Merck, spearheading significant product launches. With a foundation in software engineering and a background as a retired Command Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army, Phil specializes in innovative systems design and cybersecurity automation. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Park University.
