Sheng-Ching Wang is an experienced scientist with a strong background in biochemistry and downstream process development. They began their career at Human Genome Sciences as a Bioprocess Associate III, where they focused on recombinant proteins and mAb projects. Sheng-Ching progressed to various roles at Amgen and Merck, including Associate Scientist and Principal Scientist, leading significant projects in vaccine development and process efficiency. Currently, they serve as Director of Vaccines HTPD & Innovation at Merck, continuing to drive advancements in the field. Sheng-Ching holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree from Barnard College.
