Siby Varughese

Siby Varughese, MBA, MA, RN, BSN, OCN, CCRP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Clinical Data Management at Merck since January 2021. Prior to this role, Siby Varughese held multiple positions at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital from January 2008 to October 2021, including Director of Community Oncology Research and Oncology Research Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Stroke Research Coordinator at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation from 2005 to 2008. Siby Varughese earned a Master of Business Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Thomas Edison State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Annamalai University and the All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
