Tom Diamond

Tom Diamond is a Principal Scientist at Merck, specializing in CMC regulatory strategies for biologics, medical devices, and combination products. They possess extensive experience in all phases of product development, regulatory submissions, and life-cycle management across diverse medical products, including vaccines and therapeutics. Previously, Tom held various roles at Merck, including Associate Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist, where they managed CMC submissions and coordinated interdepartmental efforts to ensure regulatory compliance. Tom earned a B.A. in Biology from The Johns Hopkins University and an M.S. in Marine Biochemistry from the University of Delaware.
