Yao Liu

Yao Liu possesses extensive experience in commercial development and strategic planning within the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. Notably, Yao served as Executive Director of Commercial Development at Merck from April 2018 to December 2022, contributing significantly to the Merck/EISAI collaboration and leading global marketing initiatives as well as strategic planning for oncology. Prior to this, Yao held the position of Senior Business Analyst at The Linde Group from July 2006 to August 2010, and was part of General Electric's Lighting division from August 1999 to October 2002 as an OMLP graduate, where responsibilities included global sourcing leadership and Six Sigma initiatives. Yao Liu earned an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a B.S. in Chemistry from Fudan University.
