Serena Beze, M.S., CHTMP has a strong background in the hospitality and coffee industry. Prior to their current role as a Sales Executive at Mercon Specialty, where Serena works on sourcing sustainable green coffee, Serena held positions such as Green Coffee Trader at List + Beisler and Market Manager at Thatch Miami. With a Master of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University, their experience also includes roles in research, event coordination, and marketing within the specialty coffee sector.
