Dylan Davis

Dylan Davis is a Strategic Projects Lead at Mercor since July 2025 and has extensive experience in machine learning research, notably at UC Berkeley's Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences department from February 2024 to August 2025, under the guidance of Anant Sahai, focusing on areas such as in-context learning and interpretability. Dylan has held various roles in the Data Science Society at Berkeley, including Senior Advisor and Project Manager, and was actively involved in investment activities at Berkeley Venture Capital and Campus Fund, assessing student startups and companies in the AI infrastructure and B2B SaaS sectors. Additional experience includes a software engineering internship at Imprint, where machine learning techniques were applied to detect fraud, and research as a Summer Analyst at DiamondStream Partners. Dylan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
