CJ Simmons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sports marketing and community leadership. Currently serving as an AI Consultant at Mercor since 2025, CJ has previously held significant roles, including President of the Atlanta Chapter of Black Sports Professionals (BSP), where notable achievements included expanding social media reach and organizing record-setting networking events. In addition, leadership was demonstrated as Senior Manager of Fan Experience at AMB Sports and as Director of Marketing Solutions at both FaZe Vegas and Excel Sports Management. CJ also played a pivotal role during the pandemic by establishing virtual networking for BSP members and launched the inaugural Honoree Program for Black History Month. Previous experience includes positions at Monumental Sports & Entertainment, New York Yankees, and MLB.
