Naoise Farrell

Naoise Farrell is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, and consultancy. Currently serving as a Finance Consultant at Mercor since November 2025, Naoise specializes in enhancing financial models for a leading AI laboratory. Prior roles include Head of Finance and Accounting, Senior Director, and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Inspire from April 2020 to October 2025, and Director of Finance at Clutter from March 2018 to April 2020. Naoise also held the position of Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Getty Images from April 2014 to March 2018. Earlier career experiences include working as a Senior Consultant at CrossCountry Consulting and as an Audit Senior at Deloitte, where Naoise managed audit engagements and contributed to financial reporting. Naoise holds a Chartered Accountants Ireland ACA qualification and degrees in Spanish and International Business from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and a B.Comm International in Spanish, Finance, and Accounting from University College Dublin.
