Spencer Sheff currently serves as a Senior Strategic Project Lead at Mercor since November 2025. Prior to this role, Spencer gained substantial experience at BlackRock, holding various positions from August 2020 to November 2025, including Vice President and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager/Trader within the Canadian Government & Corporate Credit team, managing over CAD$80 billion in assets. Spencer was involved in multiple initiatives including primary markets for ETFs and technology leadership for the Canadian Fixed Income team.
