Alex Willian

Alex Willian has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and software development. Alex is currently working as a Product Manager at Mercos, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at SoftExpert - Software for Excellence as a Product Manager from April 2021 to September 2021. In this role, they were responsible for integration and authentication teams and defining strategies and prioritizing features for onboarding new clients.

Before joining SoftExpert, Alex worked at ASAAS from August 2019 to March 2021 as a Product Manager. Alex'smain responsibilities included acquiring, activating, and retaining new clients. Alex contributed to the company by implementing an automatic approval mechanism, restructuring onboarding processes, and redesigning approval rules to minimize the information required from clients.

Alex also has experience as a Tech Lead, overseeing four engineers, at ASAAS from January 2019 to August 2019. Alex'sresponsibilities included code reviews, designing new projects, and creating OKRs in collaboration with the management team. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at ASAAS from June 2017 to January 2019.
