Kelly Zanardo

Kelly Zanardo is an experienced professional with a background in customer support and project analysis. Currently serving as an Analista de Atendimento II at Mercos since March 2023, Kelly previously held various roles at RenaSoft Sistemas from January 2020 to October 2022, including Analista de Projetos Júnior and Analista Líder de Suporte Sênior, where responsibilities included managing support teams and client interactions through the Movidesk platform.
