Scarlett Machado has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Scarlett started their career at YoungArts, where they worked as an Analista de Suporte, providing customer support, training, and software testing. After that, they joined Sofit Software S.A., where they initially worked as an Auxiliar de pedagogia, involved in system implementation, customer support, training, and document development. Later, Scarlett took on the role of Pedagoga Empresarial Trainee, gaining experience in developing new methodologies and approaches during client training sessions.
Currently, Scarlett is employed at Mercos, where they have held various positions. Scarlett started as a Customer Success Manager, ensuring the customer's success with the Meus Pedidos system and implementing strategies for sales improvement. Scarlett then served as a Coordenadora de Customer Success, overseeing the customer success team. Following that, they became the Head of Customer Success, responsible for managing the entire customer success department. Scarlett subsequently transitioned to the role of Revenue Manager Varejo, where they handled revenue management for retail clients. Most recently, Scarlett assumed the position of Revenue Manager - E-commerce B2B, responsible for revenue management in the e-commerce sector.
Their current role at Mercos is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), leading revenue generation strategies and overseeing revenue-related operations.

Scarlett attended INESA from 2011 to 2014 and obtained a Licenciatura em Pedagogia degree in the field of Tecnologias de informação e comunicação para educação.
Prior to that, they attended Escola técnica Tupy from 2008 to 2009 and pursued a degree in Sistemas de informação.
Before joining Escola técnica Tupy, Scarlett attended UniSociesc Centro Universitário from 2007 to 2009 for their Ensino Médio studies.
In addition to their formal education, they also obtained various certifications. Scarlett participated in the Evento RD Summit in November 2019, the Liderança e Negócios - Business Academy from OLISCORP - Centro de Desenvolvimento Humano in October 2019, and the Evento IT Forum X 2019 organized by IT Mídia in October 2019.
Moreover, they attended the Startup Summit in August 2019 and in July 2018. Scarlett also participated in the Evento Superlógica Xperience organized by Superlógica Tecnologias in June 2018.
