Tiago Brandes

Tiago Brandes has over 14 years of work experience, including positions at Mercos and Microvix Software S/A. Tiago started at Microvix Software S/A in July 2007 as a Software Developer and worked there until April 2011. In April 2011, they joined Mercos as the CEO, a position they still hold.

Tiago Brandes completed their education in two prominent institutions. From 2004 to 2009, they attended the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In 2017, Tiago Brandes pursued a short-term program at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa focused on Leadership and People Management, with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Tiago Brandes has also earned several certifications. In 2013, they obtained the "Empretec" certification from Sebrae. In 2017, Tiago Brandes participated in the Google Launchpad Accelerator program. Furthermore, in 2020, they completed the "Scaling Ventures: Developing the Playbook for Profitable Growth - Live Virtual" certification from Wharton Executive Education.
