Wilian Aguiar Pires

Wilian Aguiar Pires began their work experience in 2013 as a Strategic Supplier Development Intern at Whirlpool Latin America. In 2014, they worked as a Product Development Intern and later as a Product Development Technician at Athletic Best for Life. In 2015, they joined Conta Azul as a Data Analyst in Sales and Customer Ops, where they conducted analysis, led planning efforts, and implemented Zendesk for the support operations. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Whirlpool Latin America as a Sales Business Intelligence Analyst, focusing on sales-related data analysis. In 2021, they joined Mercos as a Data Analyst - Operations, and later became a Data Product Manager in 2022. In their current role, they developed a SaaS metrics system for the Mercos platform, collaborated with the data engineering team to build a Data Warehouse, and worked with a Salesforce consultancy to customize the CRM integration.

Wilian Aguiar Pires studied at UDESC - SANTA CATARINA STATE UNIVERSITY from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Production and Systems Engineering. After that, they enrolled in Cursos PM3 to further their education in Product Management, which is expected to be completed by 2023. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in "SQL: a linguagem dos bancos de dados" from Escola Conquer in May 2023 and "Curso de Product Management" from Cursos PM3 in April 2023.
