Vincenzo Papa

Vincenzo Papa has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Purchasing Buyer at Mercuri Cuisine Inc since August 2022. Prior to this role, Vincenzo held various positions at Foodtastic from January 2018 to September 2023, including District Manager and Director of Operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Bacaro Pizzeria from September 2014 to January 2018, and taking on multiple roles at Afroma and Primo Cafe between January 2008 and July 2014, including Disk Jockey/Public Relations and Restaurant General Manager. Educationally, Vincenzo completed a diploma in Building Construction Technology/Business from itcg in 2007 and attended Pizza Consult from 2006 to 2007.
