Art Gillespie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Odyssey since November 2023, Art previously held senior engineering management positions at Cruise, where responsibilities included overseeing the Autonomous Vehicle Remote Platform and Remote Assistance and Route Planning teams. Art's notable accomplishments include leading the design and development of the "Telessist" teleoperations solution at Voyage and driving the rapid growth of engineering teams at Udacity and Google following the Nest acquisition. Art's educational background includes studies at Belmont University and Murray State University.
