Belinda Burson, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished leader in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Americas Professional Services Practice Leader at Mercuri Urval since May 2023, Burson previously co-founded Vantedge Search, where the role of Managing Director was held from January 2021 to April 2023. Prior to that, Burson was Global Head of Executive and Digital Talent Acquisition at Sutherland, overseeing recruitment strategies and team management on a global scale from July 2015 to November 2020. Earlier career milestones include the role of Managing Director at BraxtonCooper Inc., which Burson co-founded, providing retained search services across North America and Europe. Burson holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
