David Rush serves as the Head of Financial Services at Mercuri Urval since September 2019, leading a global executive search and talent advisory firm. In addition to this role, David holds positions as Chairman of the Hythe Marina Association and Vice Commodore of the Halberg Rassy Owners Association. Previously, David was Head of Financial Services at Hoggett Bowers, Co-Founder and Director of CultureScope, and Senior Partner at Hammond Partners, where responsibilities included establishing corporate functions practices and managing significant projects. Earlier career achievements include leading the Executive Search division at Norman Broadbent and founding MSC, a successful executive search firm. David is an alumnus of the University of Greenwich and Bloxham School, and received the People Analytics prize from Wharton University.
