Jakob Westh

Jakob Westh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching and leadership development across various sectors. Currently serving as Partner & Director at Mercuri Urval since December 2014, Jakob focuses on advising and coaching executives in public sector organizations, with specialties in executive search and coaching. Prior roles include Chief of Development at Mercuri Urval and Head of Leadership Development at Danmarks Radio. Jakob also served as an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School from August 2011 to September 2023, teaching courses on Strategy, Organization, Leadership, and establishing a new elective on Management Consultancy.
